A recent study by plus size women’s brand Sara, has shown that 3 out of 5 Australian women don’t like getting their photo taken. I will admit, I am one of those 3.

The campaign aims to give women practical tips to enhance and perfect their pose in photographs. The Sara Perfect Pose study revealed that 62% of women are uncomfortable with certain parts of their body or face in photographs and more then half were not aware of any tips when it came to looking better in photographs.

So Sara has come up with Perfect Pose, an interactive video website where spokeswoman Ljubenka walks visitors through her hints and tips on taking a better photograph. From the overall silhouette to the eyes and chin or even arms and legs, the website delivers a number of tips for each to have women on their way to having the Perfect Pose every time.
