Thank you for the recipe, it was beautiful!! Needed something else to make, as my sister won a years supply!!

I did how ever, use ordinary butter instead of “unsalted butter and 1 teaspoon of salt” did the same trick… Use cream!! It gives it a lovely texture.

Icing was a little over the top for my liking, although I’d defiantly use this recipe again!

Think they would be a bit mushy if you tried to suck coffee through them? These would be great to try all the other flavour tim tams with too.
